Hi,
I've done some searching, but didn't find anything that would do quite what I am after. My needs are very 'simple', and a full-blown "gallery" is overkill.
I'd like to have a (sticky) post that will automatically display a 'pic of the day'. The selection of pic's could be either on my server or via <img> link elsewhere.
Users can respond to the thread adding their comments, but the following day, when a new pic of the day is inserted, all reasponses are removed. In other words a "new" sticky thread containing the pic for that day.
This should all be able to work without admin or mod intervention. Ie automatically.
It would be nice to be able to adjust the pic of the day to perhaps 'pic of the week' or as needed. (Perhaps for different forums.)
Is there anything like this around? If not, would anyone be willing to take a shot at creating something like it?
