Default to ignore on Users awaiting moderation

I would like to change the default on my "useers awaiting moderation" page to ignore. Does anyone know how I can do that....in laymans terms :cool:

ok, can you explain the goal of your request ?!... we can't work a code just by the word "ignore"...

A picture is worth a thousand words. While you're at it, the default should be to NOT send email to deleted users.
