Hi, i have a member who changes his birthday everyday to that day just to annoy people, i dont want to ban him, i want to stop him from changing it, anyoneknow how? thanks

Suspend him for a few days as a warning. If members can't do as they are asked then they should expect to be "punished".
Blam, I would edit the template where the user cp profile edit form, and just make the change birthday part of the form un-editable.

But then it stops everybody from changing their birthdayThere is no way to stop one person from altering their birthday without going to quite a bit of trouble (and probably having to hack the code or template). Control of your member is the answer. :)
If you REALLY need to do this, than heres what you would have to do:

Use an <if> statement, so the regular code shows up for everyone else, but the altered code only shows up for that user.

I agree with paul though, if a user is being a moron, do something about it. Don't take crap from people that are abusing your forum.
