Coppa explanation

Hello, I feel silly that I didn't know where to do this...

But I would simply like to add some brief text explaining to people why they are asked for their date of birth before registration. I just didn't know where to put the text... looking at register.php it didn't jump out at me.

A quick point in the right direction would be much appreciated. :)

EDIT: Ah never mind... I think I have it tracked down in the register template. I should be able to get it from here.

You could do this by editing the phrase used there.

Apparently the only phrase used for those drop downs is

"Please Enter Your Date of Birth"

My explanation was to be several sentences, so probably wouldn't fit neatly in that format. Editing the template above or below the message table should work OK for me.

At any rate wasn't COPPA and the CDA shot down a long time ago in ACLU v Reno

Well you can insert some new lines before the explanation, and use a different font. Many vB phrases do that.
