Email all long-inactive members

Forum started out pretty slow, and as a result, might have disuaded visitors and members from sticking around. However, now, it's pretty active, and I was wondering if there's a hack where I can notify members who haven't posted or come to the site in X days.

build a mailing list or do a mass email with a long last visit date.
