ive got 2 skins on there but first thing someone is going to point out is i have no logo on top of my flash skin, and i kow but i cant seem to change it but am working on it :)

Get all of the statistics and useless crap off below the fold. Nobody wants to read it first. They want to access the content.

You also have far too many forums. Also, note that not all users prefer to install Flash, including myself.

yeh im going to put merge a lot of the forum into others and you mean the stats box at the top? move it to the bottom maybe?
