Im Johnny's brother, and im tryin to learn how to install the VB board. I keep gettin this error

The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file.

Whats that mean

It means that you have not typed the valid server, login, password and dbname into the config.php file..
