I made a db backup of my forum, I goto cPanel and import a backup and it starts to upload.

It uploads for around 20mins then Page cannot be displayed (It crashes)

My friend said you cannot upload vbulletin backups with cpanel?

How can i get my backup up?

You can use cpanel, but it will all depend on teh size of the backup.

What size is your backup?
Do you have SSH access to your server?

Yes i have SSH and the backup is 11mb.
