How to create a new template?

I've read this hack : "vB Flash Player 1.1 - Play Any Flash Game or Movie in vB" in https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=59816

But i don't know how to create a new template. Can some one help me please?

AdminCP->Styles&Templates->Style Manager.

In the dropdown box behind the style for which you want to add the template, select "Add New Template"

Ok, may be my Admin CP has some problems before.
