Prevent SHOUTING in posts text

Ok, in the admincp, I have this option:

Prevent your users 'shouting' in their thread titles/message text by changing all-uppercase titles to capitalization only on the first letters of some words.

One would think that this would prevent shouting in posts text too, but nope, only titles. Is my board not functioning properly?

Would also be nice to prevent shouting in profile fields too.

If this is not a default option, what would I do to fix this? Would be cool for someone to release a mini-mod for it..

I'm surprised this hasn't bugged anyone else... Anyone? (Sorry to bump, but.. bump! :))

When it says "messge text" it means all w/in the messge. However it will allow some words to stay be posted w/in a messge in all caps. It seems to only affect messages where the entire message is typed in all caps.

Then It Changes The Message To Look Like This Which Is Very Hard To Read.

I would like to see a hack which affects post which are only in all caps and changes them to all lowercase.
