adding a banner to a certain area of a template - help!

my head hurts from trying to find the area in question, in the templates! I want to place a banner in this area (see attached photo - the red circle is the area in question) of the forums. Does anyone know where I can find this?

In "FORUMDISPLAY" template which is in "Forum Display Templates" group of Style Manager. You will have to edit it for all your themes.

Don't forget to add DIV tags to center the ad, else it doesn't look that good.

I am wanting to add a banner just above my Site Sponsors Forums what is the code that I can use to place the banners that are normally being rotated in the header I also want to place it just above my Site Sponsors Forums
