sorry. hold on..I was trying to do it from memory..let me look....

admin cp> vbulletin options> style and language settings> Use 'Legacy' (Vertical) Postbit Template

How can I set this up to where the user chooses the postbit style? I have seen on occasions that there is indefinatly an option for this.
