I am receiving this message above the forum. I have 3 of my e-mail addresses entered in the customer area and I have changed the e-mail address I use here to one that is listed there, but I am still getting that message. It says "owner's e-mail" and shows an address I haven't used in over 2 years.

Shouldn't the e-mail I use here just need to match one in one of the 3 e-mail address lines over on vBulletin.com? I'm confused.

umm.. nevermind. As soon as I posted this, it went away. VERY strange.

Please do an edit of your mail address here at vbulletin.org and follow the procedure once more.

Give it 1 hour and then please check if you are still showing as unlicensed.

iambic & jesus likes pie,
You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (http://www.vbulletin.com/members/membersupport_priority.php) (vB-germany users click here (http://www.vbulletin-germany.com/members/forums.php)) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. The update of your account may take up to one hour.

Thank you.

If you don't show as licensed 1 hour after this procedure (make sure mail is entered correct, case sensitive) contact support at vbulletin.com

If you don't show as licensed 1 hour after this procedureHopefully, all changes should now be reflected within 5 minutes.

As of earlier today, the system should be functioning correctly. If you're still having problems (ensure that you've actually activated your account; you won't get bumped until we know you have a valid email), you've waited more than 5 minutes, and are sure you have your email entered in the members' area at vBulletin.com, contact our support.
