modifiying board with

I have a quesiton. I have this board template, Cobalt Skin., for my forum. Could I change the width so that I would strech the whole lenght of the screen 100% and could I place an bigger banner at the top where it says Cobalt Skin. Here is a little link.

the skin comes with 2 .xml files, one is expanded "cobalt_x.xml" is the filename, thats the one you need to use. As far as the header goes the .psd's are icluded so you can alter as you wish.
