When it's ready, a lot of planning and preperation has to go into a merger or two such large and modified sites :)

From what I heard Zachery has been trying to merge db's for awhile now as such are both rather large communities with quite a bit of modifaction it may take some time he is also making sure that nothing goes wrong and nothing is lost. So just wait it will happen sooner or later.

Trials have already begun. Merging 2 vBulletin databases is harder than it appears - we have lots of members with accounts in both databases that have to be merged.

Its not so hard to do a standard merger,

However when the customizations come into play along with very large databases. It does get tricky
