Quick question: Adsense

How do I add the Google Adsense code in my forum right below the navigation bar or the header? Obviously I want it to show up on all forums and threads and forum home, always below the navbar or the header.

Also how can I accomplish something like the "Tsunami Disaster Appeal" that vb.org is running in this board?

Using vb3. I am new at all this, please keep it simple :)

For the google ad:

Admincp -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> select the skin you want it to show up for by click on the dropdown next to it -> Scroll up and find "Edit Templates" -> Find the "header" templates and edit it -> scroll down to the bottom of it, and add your adsense code!
