What this hack does is:
As the title states, it only allows you and your users to upload JPG and PNG avatars to your board. I do not know, why this is not a standard vBulletin feature. You can actually upload EXE files to your board... If the EXE file is not too large, that is. Somewhy, vBulletin renames all uploads and gives them GIF extension... (Hello, Jelsoft!!!) And this is a major potential security flaw. But anyway, here it is - the extension restriction. Enjoy.
