Modify "you last visited"

I want to move the login box to a different location on my forum page.
I've managed to cut & paste the code to a new location - but i have a problem with the message
"You last visited: Today at 03:07 PM"
The text is too long for my new login box so I want to display it as
"You last visited:
Today at 03:07 PM"
With a page break between "You last visited: " and "Today at 03:07 PM"

I also want to put a page break between
"Private Messages:" and "0 Unread, Total 0."

How can I do this ?

Log into admincp and have a look through the Templates.

I don't know which style & template it will be in, Start with header.
