What is the best way to center the category titles?

Also, how to we change the fonts for forum and category titles?

I can't believe this would be such a hard question to answer... especially when they have centered titles on this very site..... :(

Simply put a centre HTML tag around the title.

There isn't a cleaner way to do this, with whatever variable displays the category name, other than editing each title directly?
