Easy way to set all users' 'Show Avatar' to NO? (vb3)

is there an easy way to set all users' 'Show Avatar' to NO? i know you can have that be the default for new users, but i need to change it for my current users. any way to do this? maybe with a SQL query?

Check that Query Runner in the AdminCP and check its drop down list ;)
