Is this feature available?

We run a technical forum. Our present forum (Invision) has a feature where if someone starts a thread and it hasn't been responded to by anybody, that it will show up in a search by simply clicking on a "Unanswered" button on the forum index page.

Does this feature exist for the vB boards?


OK we found one that seems like it might work.

All we need to do now is to find this spell check (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=79375) and then we can purchase vB for 160.00 :)

Not by default, at least no default setting to do so, however you can add it as a feature via a hack or a query string :) I've seen it done on other vB3 instaltions.

You can add it to your forum by adding some html to your templates. Its built in, just not linked to:

https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/search.php?do=process&replyless=1&replylimit=0&dontcache=1

That url will bring up the unanswered threads on this board. BTW there is a hack out for this, but I don't know if it offers anything over using the build in link to search.php.
