Let users choose Forum order on index

Just an idea...

It can be really great if we can let users decide wich forums (or category) they want to see first on index page.

I didn't find anything here who can do something like that...

I have this already done, when I finish with the signature mod today and update the Save Drafts mod, I will be working on getting this posted as a new mod!
