User sessions.. but the issue would be that after a month your database would be so big that it would take ages to load anything.. but I guess you could have a auto delete after like a day or so to make things server lite.

Not sure if u know what i'am talking about take a look here http://www.vbulletin-fans.com/showthread.php?t=9943 the line come between the Profile and the Karma or the Sig etc.. how can i do the same line ?

ahh I was reading the post in that first link.. its HTML.. for example:

Currently I don't have access to a running version of vb (to lazy) but it would take editing the post quote template and placing the variables in the places you see fit. :)
