Well not everyone uses attachments, so the other mod i saw here

doesn't resize pictures linked from elsewhere. So it bypasses resizing.
Besides, i want people to be able to click on a thumbail to view a pop up of the images full size.
This mod, is a thumbnail bb code mod, but it wasn't made for vbulletin 3.
