2 hints.
1, if you need help with a hack, post in its correct forum / thread
2, check your permissions and file edits.

Zack nailed it with number two. This is usually fixed by running the update after vBulletin upgrades part of the installer and always check your group permissions after upgrades.

What version of vBGarage? This is almost certainly the init.php edit at fault.

Yep, that's what I expected. That is obsolete and you really should upgrade to at least 4.0.4.
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=74961
or the latest mutigarage.

If you are going to stay on 3.1.1 then you need to find and install the vbulletin 3.0.5 updates in the vbgarage 3.1.1 thread. There is a huge link to it in the hack announcement.

Do a database and file backup and follow the readme file with the instructions. There will be file edits and file uploads and install files to run. The pics should be fine and remain in place.
Do a backup first though in case of a problem.
