Page doesn't load

hi,

I'm having trouble with my forum. When you first go to a page (any) it does't load at first, you have to hit refresh inorder to the page to load.

Any ideas on what might be wrong? I haven't added any mods yet or anything other then vbadvanced portal.

I can not view, it my virus software dislikes your coding, 4 virus alerts from it.

Edit to add 2 of troubles.

First was a file the downloaded Embedding
Second Trojan.StartPage.M (not nice)
