I want it so that when somone posts on my site an attacthments and someone else has the same thing i want it to say that someone else has posted it or something where could i get this

Do you mean to say you want a hack which checks if theres a attachment with the exact same file name? Or a hack which looks for the exact same content in a attachment even if the file names different?
