Best threads hack

Is there a hack that shows say the 10 best threads on the board in a box on the front page or something similar? I don't mean "hot" threads but the highest-rated threads.

I'm running a history board and some threads become sometimes just too informative to sit there like ordinary or even sticky threads, I'd like to place liniks to all of them in a prominent spot on forumhome.
