How do i allow Flash on Avatars

Where do i go to allow swf flash avatars, to be enabled , instead of just .gif or jpg

it shuld be in the Admincp>VbulletinOptions>User profile *chea try dat.. i think u can do dat, there was one for a Sig flash also
