Views Only Count Once

I'm doing a game on my forums in which you earn points for how many views your thread gets in a particular forum, so I don't want members to be able to inflate this number by just refreshing the page or clicking the thread numerous times. Is there any way to have a view from each individual member count only once, or once a day?
