I have a problem when trying to attach an image.
I just recently purchased vbulletin so I'm running the latest version. Permissions look to be set correctly and the images are stored in the database (for the moment)
In the manage attachments window I get the following message
"File Too Large. Exceeds PHP's limit of 2,097,152.00 GB. "
The image is only 65K ???
any ideas what's going on ? :)

Sorta of having the same problem here.. I had a limit of 2.00MB and asked my hosting company to set the limit to 5.00MB and now I get;
"File Too Large. Exceeds PHP's limit of 5.00 GB." on a 2.88MB file
Anyone encountered this problem before?
thanks!

I had the same problem but that is cause I had my files extentions set to upload to like a number that even the software was looking at me going wtf about.
try changing the Attachments sizes down to a smaller size than they currently are in the attachment manager in your Admin CP. 20971520 is equal to 2 gigs. Surely you won't need a file that large uploaded to begin with.
Setting it below 2 gigs worked for us.
The only things me and my two stunning teck guys could think is that there is a protection protocal written into the forum software or the server or possibly both that says no attachment over a certian files size can be attached by anyone. cause well frankly if it was set to allow any size some less than honest person might to try upload a 40 gig whatever and that would bring you crashing down in a heart beat.

I think this has to do with your server's PHP limit settings, rather than vBulletin. If you can view your server's PHPINFO, then you can see what your filesize limit is.
