How can i make a user group pormotion happen faster

i want my user group promotion to be instantaniously when they post 1nce in troduce i want them to se the rest of the board after that it says this in user group promotion

Move User to Usergroup Jumping is evaluated based on the time period defined in the Scheduled Tasks section (Default: Every 1 Hour)

how can i change that to be every 1 seconds????

Don't think you can change it to be every second, I think the lowest value for any cron scheduler is 1 minute.

Personally I wouldn't wanna be running cron task every second, and it can create load on your server.
