I am working on setting up a combined forum for my different review and rank sites (list below)...

How do you think the overall look is, but especially the header? (ads and links will be added to the the right column).

don't like how the user panel thingy takes up the entire right half :/

I agree - I am working on making it less wide - more like www.namepros.com side panel for instance.

Any other comments or ideas?

I am thinking of adding a 728x90 banner under the top nav bar.. would it be too much to have that and the 468x60 above it you think?

did u get the code for the side panel off here ? as got a few advertisments would like to add down left hand side and that panel looks goos.

Actually it is a slightly modded commercial style... i just need to figure out how to make the side panel less wide. and then I will have advertising down that side similar to how my www.hardwareranking.com ranking sites have it.
