Although its not a new site, I've had it for 2 months, and not many members have joined. Its called The Vikes Rike (http://thevikesrike.tk). Does it load slow for anyone? I've had friends tell me it doesn't load at all, and was wondering if this is the case? Thanks.

Really slow load. Your hosting it on a .tk account which is cheap hosting? You need a new host with a better server.

The hosting isn't on a .tk account, thats just the redirecting service. I am hosted by 1And1, and I have the Business package buts its not a dedicated server. Is it slow for anyone else?

Also, do you think to get more members I should hide forums from the guest, and tell them that if they want to see it all, register for free? My other admin and I are debating this.

What url is it redirecting to? May be a problem with your redirect since or the server which your redirecting from since I don't get paste the http://www.thevikesrike.tk url in the url bar or loading thingy.

K that loads up normaly. So I would say it's to do with your redirect.

yes the redirect is slow

and the yellow/gold hurts my eyes.

also vikings happen to be in the worst divsion in football >_> go patriots

so wat does everyone think about not permitting guests to see tha fourms....do you think that would get more members?

You don't like the colors? I have had a lot of people who said they loved it, but everyone has their own opinions. Oh and eva01, the Patriots are horrible! 2 Superbowls in 3 tries? Pathetic! The Vikings have 0 in 4 tries, beat that :lick:

edit: 3 outa 4 for the patriots ;) and that is just the past 4 years too
