Hey, I’m new here and I don’t seem to have the privileges to post in any of the other forums, due to some registration reason, anyway since I run the forum from a friend, not own it I don’t have the necessary data to register. So id like to apologize in advance about the bad placement of this thread

Anyways, the owner of the site downloaded Vbindex to improve the ease of updating the front page and asked me if I would install it, I agreed and set about doing so, any ways while I was installing it, he accidentally overrode the files for vbi from the forum with fresh vbi files because I was telling him to copy something from his computer to the ftp and he got it wrong thing and well to cut a long story short, basically what we have at the moment is this

General vb folder (modified by vbi and thinks that vbi is installed)

Vbi files (fresh from zip) - think that they are installed but there not.

And the vbi index page no longer works (it did prior to override)

So I can reinstall meaning il have to uninstall and i have no idea how to do this, if any one has any ideas on how to unstill they would be very much appreciated

Infrag -

P.S

To add some validity to the post in this section, I really think that you have an awesome site here and the mods that you guys are offering are crazy, as soon as I can get the details from my friend I look forward to checking out more of what you guys have to offer here.

To show up registered here, you must ask the site owner to add the mail address you are registered with here, to his technical contact in the vBulletin Member area.
