We are styling a skin,but what do you think would make it better?
Its not finished yet but what would make it that bit better on the eyes,and the WOW facter.

The background images in your categories and headers are too small for people using large resolutions - I'm on 1280x1024 and it almost repeats itself twice.

Yeah - I never logged in so I didn't see that skin. Might want to change it to the default so people can see it without registering.

but we dont want members to view it,just people to judge from other admin point of views
i will add it to the skin list just go bottom left corner and choose it its blue

I would create a matching set of buttons for it - The default vB ones realy take away from the look of the new style. Also you might want to create a full set of status icons instead of just 2 of them. Other than that I think it looks pretty good !!
