Greetings:

I am having trouble showing the icons after my upgrade...I have tried resetting the images, and the articles...neither work.

See this page to see the missing icons:

Thanks,

Mike

If you are willing to sacrifice some of the new automatic thumbnailing features cinq has included in his hack, and I was but relecutnatly, then u can follow the method I described in another post . . . https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=621259#post618371

Hope this helps.

Guests can now view the page. I would like to keep my thumbnails.

I made all my thumbnails jpgs and they display fine. Try to change to picture type and see if there is any difference.

*some* versions of GD are having problems with making thumbnails out of gifs. VBA Gallery is having the occasional hiccup with it too. So if at all possible, use jpgs instead of gifs. Alternatively, upgrade your GD to the latest 2.0.x release.

There *might* be a way that cinq could recode his thumbnail code but that would require him asking Brian over @ VBA to borrow the Gallery code...or...Cinq's a pretty smart cat, he might be able to fix this on his own.

I am having problems with the images showing as well. I am running with 2.0+GD .

I have confirmed that my paths and urls are correct:
PATHS:
MY ISP PATH INFO\LPSForum\images\articles\
MY ISP PATH INFO\LPSForum\images\articles\category\

URLS:
http://www.yourLincolnPark.com/LPSForum/images/articles/
http://www.yourlincolnpark.com/lpsforum/images/articles/category/

But the images are broken: http://www.YourLincolnPark.com/LPSForum/lpsforum.php
and when you right click on the properties of the broken images this is the url for both test articles:

http://www.yourlincolnpark.com/lpsforum/articles.php?

This is driving me crazy...can someone tell me where I went wrong?

I have a question ( I am new to PHP and VB) when I just posted to let Cing know that my site was online....it shows that I last edited my post reason: Automerged Doublepost... is this a mod??? If so where can I find this to install on my board?

Ok .... my use to be blond hair is turning into solid gray......this broken images is driving me nuts..... has anyone figured out what the issue is and how to fix it?
