banning issues please help

im having issues with banning certain members from my board and you look

i installed the the trap banned hack and the proxy to IP hack and i still cant keep certain people out. is there a fool proof hack that will help me out. please let know of all the banning hacks that i can use and if theres a special one at that. thanks

Simple answer: No, there is no 100% proof way of keeping people out.

Yes there are hacks that make it a bit more difficult. But someone who wants to come, will come.

Not all proxies can be recognized, new mail addy's can be used, cookies can be deleted. Bottomline is that if someone really wants, he can get in. (unless you close registration and only allow manual registration by Admin)

thanks marco but can you point me to the hacks or even tell me all of theyre names so i can find them and install them. i need to secure the board a little more than it is. thanks.
