WYSIWYG Editor not working

Problem
Enhanced WYSIWYG Editor & Standard Editor Smilies:
1. Do not work in both IE and FireFox, when clicked, just moves focus to top of page.

Looks like you've done some hacking. I would look for changes made inthat javascript file and then try replacing it with a fresh copy.
