I am using php portals as my home page. All of my links including my forums homepage link back to the home page with a "?=session". If I remove it, how will my board be affected?

Users that don't have cookies enabled will not be able to stay logged in. Don't remove it, it is vital to vBulletin general operation.

It is not displayed unless it is needed anyway :)
