I would like to be able to do something of the following:
- Waiting 1-3 days to start new threads, but being able to reply immeadiately.
- Anything under 100 posts: 30 seconds between replies and 5-10 minutes between starting new threads
- 101 to 500 posts: 20 seconds between replies and 3-5 minutes between starting new threads
- 501 to 1000 posts: 10 seconds between replies and 1-3 minutes between starting new threads
- over 1000 posts: 10 seconds between replies and 1 minute between starting new threads.
Now, I now that new thread and reply time are currently the same entry, and it's currently a global entry. I'm guessing that 1) two new fields would need to be added to the usergroups (1 for new thread time and 1 for reply time), and then the global one would need to be done away with.
I could also settle for a usergroup reply time that also controlled new threads.
Basically, I want to give the people who have been around longer more freedoms in posting.
Has this been done and if not, how easy would it be?
