issues with new PM image please help

im having an issue with my new PM image. this is the image on the board that flashes when you have a new PM. like on this board. im sure all have seen it. the issue with my board is that it doesnt show on my page when i receive or send out a PM . why? i need to fix this and im sure it has to do wit the index page being renamed cause of the cmps portal. can you please tell me how to fix this issue. or if thats not the case then tell me what is.

can i get a bump to this. please help me out if you know how to make the image show up when i get a PM. just like the one on this forum. the one on my template doesnt show up. and can i add it to other templates???????????????????????

Could be that you are admin? Your browser? Have you asked others if it works for them? I have a test login to test things like this. Have you made a test user and tried it?

yes i have tested it with my test account. and i have asked all my staff if it works. it doesnt. its the same image that pops up here on smooth blue which is default not a hack. i was just trying to fix it on my board.

but i went ahead and installed the other PM hack with the flashing red bar at the top. it works so i gave up on this thread. but thank you for your response. i appreciate it.
