Mailinglist for Each forums

Hello everyone

Is there any mailinglist for vb3 like say in each forums have mailinglist poeple can put their emails in each forums and they will get mailing in the forums they want.. so i am asking if there is any such mailing list ormaybe this good idea for the coder can make it
