Hack Name: ibProArcade - Game Jackpots
Hack Version: 1.00
Hack Author: Kall
Release: 17 February 2005
Description: Rewards members who place in the top 10 scores with points/money/cash/whatever you want to call it.
Requires: 1) A 'points' system
2) ibProArcade for Vbulletin.
3) Several hours of your life figuring out how to fix errors left in the ibproarcade code.
Files to edit: Numerous ibproarcade files.
This is in beta because I seem to be getting some odd point rewards happening.
I have removed the hack because, well..it doesn't work. Not the hack. It works flawlessly, in that it gives the member 10 times as many points as he got on the Leaderboard.
What doesn't work is the Leaderboard, unless you use the AdminCP tool to rebuild it. It does not appear to be pulling the variables for the Leaderboard placings properly and giving 1 point regardless of position.
Hardcoding in the points values seems to have worked...but the whole premise relies on you having installed one of the modified versions available at www.ibproarcade-vb.com ...who seem disinclined to answer ANY of my support questions.
