I need an Awards Manager

here's what I am looking for:

I have created some cool icons for awards with photoshop that I want to use to award members. I want my supermods and admins to be able to issue and revoke these.

I want the awards to show up in the post bit and user profile templates/pages.

Is there a hack out there that will let me have my own awards and manage them?

Is it VB306 compliant?
