Restrict Forum Access by Individual User

On my forums, I want to be able to prevent troublesome users fromposting in a forum where they habitually irritate posters. I don't wantto put them into a specific usergroup, but instead would like somethingwhere you can access their user info and select which forums they canenter and not enter.

Is this possible?
