Changing the "search has not returned any results" message

You know when you search for something and it does not turn up any results? I was wondering how I could change the message you receive when that happens. I tried looking in the search.php and did not find anything. If anyone knows what file I should go to to find this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

no files need to be modified, just open phrase and language manager --> Search Phrase --> Enter that sentence. after that you can change it as you like
