phpBB 2.0.11 to vBulletin 3

I'm not buying a license right now (lack of money) but when I start my site off i'll probably be using phpBB 2.0.11 until I can get the money for vBulletin.

Will I be able to convert it over when I finally get the money to purchase my license?

yes the from the vbulletin.com members area you can download importers/converters as phpBB is supported for this you can import all things from a phpBB board like members/posts etc etc this won't be a problem

can you import it to a existing vb3 forum with members and posts already, i want to simply import all the phpbb members to add to mine and import all the posts & threads into a particular forum without overwriting any existing vb member or post info

Yes, and if the members are the same (same email) it will merge them, if you want.

When you import the users, "merge on email" = yes.
