Styles & Themes button GONE!

I have lost my Styles & Template button in the admincp! The following mods are installed:

vbadvanced

downloads section

(postbit_legacy)- Added space between Rank & User Info. Centered User Names, Title, Avatar & Rank

any idea why it is gone? whats the php file called for it in admincp/ ?

EDIT: BTW the "style manager" is now listed under languages...i can edit the default theme but cant upload new ones!

you prolly edited the admincp/index.php worng

reup the file and hack it again
