ok, i know the area where to add these phrases, but how do i actually add them?
what format am i looking at?

Options there are:

PHRASE TYPE:
VARNAME:
TEXT:
ENGLISH US TEXT:

with the above variables, can someone fill one of these out for me so i have a guide.

Also some help with part 7
